Terms & Conditions for fees

1. All prices quoted are nett of taxes and on per person basis for the whole duration of the camp.

2. Registration must be made through the online portal. 

3. For local participants, payment can be made online by credit card via PayPal, or by cheque drawn on local bank. For cheque payment:

1. Please cross and make cheque payable to ALPHA-NUMERACY PTE LTD.

2. Please indicate on back of cheque participant’s name using the format "<Participant’s name>, BBK Camp 1-5 Dec 08”; e.g. “Alex Boyde, BBK Camp 1-5 Dec 08”

4. For cheque payment, please call our office at 6323-0110 during office hours to arrange for free cheque pickup within Singapore.

5. For overseas participants, payment can be made online by credit card via PayPal, or by electronic transfer to our bank.

6. Early bird discount applies only to camp charges. There are no early bird discounts for accommodation.

7. Early bird discount is given only for payment received by cut-off date and not for registration by cut-off date unless payment is made on the day of registration via credit card.

8. All payment must be received not later than 28 Nov 2008.

9. Buzan Asia and A I Training Consultants reserve the right to cancel the programme without ascribing reason.

10. Refund of monies:

    1. Cancellation of camp
       On the unlikely event that the camp is cancelled, full refund of monies will be given to participants within 5 working days of the notice of cancellation. Refund payment will be made via the same mode of payment; i.e. if payment was made by credit card, refund will be made to the credit card. If payment was made by cheque, refund will be made by cheque.

    2. Cancellation of registration or no-shows
       If you should decide to cancel the registration after payment, there will be cancellation charges as follows:

       1. more than 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp – $100 cancellation charge per person
       2. between 7 – 14 days prior to start of the camp – $200 cancellation charge per person
       3. less than 7 days prior to the start of the camp - $350 cancellation charge per person
       4. no shows – cancellation charge of 50% of fee paid

    3. Medical absentee
       Should you not be able to attend the camp due to medical reasons, kindly contact us immediately at +65 6323-0110 and inform us of your absenteeism. You can opt to have your fee applied to the next available camps to be conducted in either June or Dec of next year or you could apply for refund based on the time of notification (up to a maximum cancellation charge of $350 per person).  For example, if your child comes down ill 3 days before the start of the programme and cannot attend the camp, and you decide to cancel the registration, then the cancellation charge is $350. This will also apply if your child is sick on the day of the camp and cannot show up.

    Should you decide to cancel the registration after opting to apply it to the next camp, then cancellation fee will be calculated as though you did not opt to apply it to the next camp; so in this example, the charge of $350 will apply.
