Accommodation is arranged for overseas participants at a special rate of $800 per person on twin sharing basis for the duration of Sunday 30 Nov – Saturday 6 Dec.
Rate is inclusive of accommodation, dinner and taxes.
Extension of stay can be arranged on request and on availability of the accommodation.
There will be an adult chaperone staying at the hostel throughout the duration of the camp. He/she will ensure the safety of participants staying at the hostel. However, all participants are to be responsible for their own safety and to abide by the rules of the camp. Buzan Asia, AITC, their staff, agents and associates will not be held responsible for any safety issues if participants fail to abide by the rules set out by the Camp Coordinator.
Hotel transfers
Participants are responsible for their own transfers to and from the airport. It is very convenient and safe to take a taxi from the airport terminal to the Lodge and arrange the same for the return trip.
Accompanying parents / relatives of overseas participants
Parents or relatives of overseas participants are welcome to accompany their child for the camp. Accommodation can be arranged for you as per your requests. They will be able to enjoy the same rates as participants. However, they will not be allowed to participate in the activities of the camp unless prior arrangement has been made with the International Liaison Officer and only for activities that will not hinder the child’s ability to interact with the other participants.
